Silver Alert KS - Ebuga Saidi, 76, Kansas City, 18 Dec 2018 *almost blind/medical condition/speaks only Swahili*

Police in Kansas City, Kansas, have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 76-year-old man.

Ebuga Saidi was last seen Tuesday when he was dropped off near his doctor's office at 12th Street and Central Avenue. He did not make it to his appointment that day.

Police said Saidi is almost blind and suffers from another medical condition that requires continuous treatment.

Authorities also said Saidi speaks only Swahili.

So this is an elderly man, who's almost blind, speaks no English...but someone dropped him off NEAR his doctor's office?? WTF??

I am not at all familiar with Kansas, but it sounds like Ebuga's doctor was in a pretty busy area. Wouldn't he have been caught on camera somewhere?
