OPPD needs your help locating Loretta May James, a 92-year-old white female. She may be suffering from the onset of dementia and was last known to be with her daughter Gayle “Leona” Gilmore. They were last seen on Monday in a Green Ford Windstar Mini Van. They may be in the Platte City or Platte County, Missouri area.
