**Silver Alert** The WPD is requesting the assistance of locating 50-year-old Perry Harbour. He was last seen fleeing the QT, 5611 S. Broadway last night. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Harbour, please call 911 immediately. The case number is 19C006269.

SILVER ALERT issued for 50-year-old Wichita man

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) The Wichita Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate 50-year-old Perry Harbour.


Around 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to a welfare call at the QuikTrip, 5611 S. Broadway.


It was there that Harbour’s 23-year-old son said his father has been having a mental health crisis over the last couple of days and walked to the convenience store.


Harbour was last seen wearing a wearing a red hoodie and black sweatpants. It is believed he may not be able to care properly for himself.


Anyone who knows Harbour's whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.

It is so cold out that it is very worrisome he went missing on foot. (Right now is almost noon and it is only 14*F)

Perry Harbor was last seen at around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday leaving the QuikTrip at 5611 South Broadway. He was on foot and wearing only a red hoodie and black sweatpants.

Officers responded to a welfare call at the QuikTrip where Harbor's son told them his father had been having a mental health crisis over the last couple of days and fled the store.
