MISSING COLD CASE: I want to be transparent about this post. The remains of a person were found in south Wichita last night, and it got me thinking of baby Vincent Moore.

While I don't know the details about who was found (age, gender, etc.,) I felt compelled to share his case. It's one I've tracked for my career here in Wichita.
