7-year-old in critical condition, 13-year-old in hospital after being hit by car in Jacobs neighborhood
Police say the driver stopped initially but did not help the children.
EMS was called to the scene and both children were taken to Norton Children’s Hospital. The boy is facing life-threatening injuries, but the girl is expected to survive.
