Oh my, what a situation. Kimberly surely knew she was pregnant -- she wasn't a child. Why did they, as was reported, kill or let the infant die? Was the baby full-term or close to full term? Why didn't they take the infant to a "safe place" location? Surely Kentucky has such places.
Did the three of them live in the vacant house -- it doesn't sound like they did. Were they occupying that house because they had nowhere else to live, or did they simply "use" the house because Kimberly Shepperd was going into labor?
So many "why's." Glad they are facing tough charges.
This is about the damnedest thing I've ever heard.
