Kentucky State Police were contacted by the Rowan County Department of Social Services advising that they had possible information about the location of a deceased infant.

It does say premature infant. Hopefully it was stillborn.

The youngest, a 2-month-old child, was hospitalized for malnutrition, dehydration and hypothermia. Five others were also admitted, one similarly for malnutrition and dehydration. Four of those five have since been released, police said Wednesday

Doesn't matter. She could have signed up on medicare. or applied for spend down. Poor little thing.
