Just heard about this case today and watched the documentary series. I am having trouble understanding how they can't obtain messages, etc. (GPS, pings, etc.) from certain people's devices....this didn't happen in 1980. it was 4 years ago. How much have they actually tried??

This is a solvable case. I felt so bad for the dad . And the sister who turned Andrea away .

So much time has passed. She didn't leave her parents house alive without her phone. It's time for police to seriously start searching for her body either inside the house or her brother -in-law's construction sites.

Saturday morning, search crews equipped with bloodhounds along with the head of the Jefferson County Search Dog Association gathered to search an area that included a large field off Fincastle Road in Louisville.

Knabel's family said they did the search based on a tip from someone who was the last person to see Knabel when she disappeared August 13, 2019.

Since them her family has continued to search for the missing mom, who was last seen near a family member's home in the Audubon Park area.

It has been more than six years since Andrea Knabel was last seen by her family and friends, and the search continues for any answers.
