Adair County, Kentucky.
Firefighters are at the scene of a fatal house explosion and fire near Columbia in Adair County.
Crews were called to the explosion on Commer Road around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Officials said only a portion of the home is still standing.
Police said one person was killed in the fire and three are missing.
