Cassie was staying at The New Life Center in Lexington,Kentucky. She called her grandmother on June 15, 2015 to say she was going to stay with a man named Tyler and that was their last contact with her family.

The person she was going to stay with is referred to as both Jeffery Tyler and Tyler Jeffery. I suspect (purely a guess) that it could be spelled 'Jeffrey' - no indication that the family ever saw it in writing.

The FB posts indicate she 'got a public intoxication' on June 21, even tho her 'missing date' is widely given as June 15.
