Circumstances of Disappearance:
Brown was last seen at the Christian Community Center near Morehead, Kentucky on November 23, 1991. He has never been heard from again.

The Kentucky State Police, however, reported that Brown was last seen approximately 40 miles from Morehead in the area of KY 344 in Vanceburg, Kentucky. Few details are available regarding his disappearance and his whereabouts remain unknown.

I did confirm with a KSP officer that David was in fact missing from Lewis County, KY and not Morehead. They were unsure where the confusion came from.
