Sheriff looking for missing Laurel County woman

The Laurel County Sheriff is asking for help from the public in locating a woman who has been missing for nearly 3 months.

According to the Sheriff, 43-year-old Donna Jean Helton was last seen off KY 229 on Oct. 1.

You can check the Kentucky Criminal Circuit Records - she has an extensive criminal history, (with mug shots confirming it is her), a pattern of "failure to appear" and probation violation. She could well just be lying low or the records indicating substance abuse could have landed her in harm's way.

Someone didn't take the time to open up each individual arrest record (there were a LOT) as it wasn't listed on several of them. She's 5 foot six and 160 pounds.
