Emerald “Emmy” Raeann Forgette, 39, was last seen in the early morning hours of Sunday, Jan. 11, in the Hopkinsville Road area of Nortonville, Ky.

She was arrested August 8 in Christian County - 5 of the charges simply vehicular, plus a criminal mischief charge. Her court date is March 11 (next month). I'm not thinking she necessarily is missing to avoid the upcoming court case, but her history of using drugs intravenously, namely methamphatime puts her at great risk and is worrisome.

Kentucky State Police Post 2 Searches for Missing Christian County Woman​

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (January, 14, 2026) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 2 is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Christian County woman. Emerald “Emmy” Raeann Forgette, age 39, is a white female who stands approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Ms. Forgette has several identifying tattoos, including three hearts on her cheek, the name “Joe” on her hand, a cross on her forearm, and three names tattooed on her ankle and several others along with facial piercings.

Ms. Forgette was last seen during the early hours on Sunday, January 11, 2026, in the area of Hopkinsville Road in Nortonville, Kentucky.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Raeann Emerald Forgette is urged to contact the Kentucky State Police Post 2 at (270) 676-3313. Trooper Ben Sawyer (U/1043) is the lead investigator in this case.

Emmy is my cousin, while yes its true she has struggled with addition and legal troubles, its now been 24 days,,,, she has 3 children and has not contacted them or any family, that is extremely unlike her no matter her life situations or circumstances.

We are all concerned about your cousin. Sharing her past struggles is never meant to imply that past behaviors make it her fault she is missing, but for anyone with past struggles with addiction and the criminal element that may bring into a life, their background, their life, their world, may hold some clue, some link to it all we may not see otherwise that would help find them.

Websleuths has a process for family members of the missing to become verified so you can share information that may not be availalable otherwise without a linked source. In the interim - there is unverified information on Facebook in one of her missing posters that indicates what she was wearing and how she might have left the area and from what business location. If that is true that is vital info and hopefully LE has it. But because it's not from a verified source (social media is considered rumor unless it's from a verified family member) we can't post it.
