Man facing rape charge after found naked in 13-year-old girl’s bedroom: Sheriff
A man is facing several charges after the father of a 13-year-old girl found the man naked on the floor of her bedroom, the Boone County Sheriff said.
20-year-old Parker D. Kramer of Louisville, Kentucky, is charged with burglary, rape and sodomy, according to Maj. Philip Ridgell.
