Circumstances of Disappearance Mousseau resides in Rutherford County, North Carolina, and has dementia. On 10/3/2019, he drove his 2001 grey Dodge Dakota to Franklin, Kentucky where he ran out of gas. Local law enforcement aided him on obtaining gas. Later that same day, law enforcement was responded to a Pilot gas station (near mile marker 6 off I-65) in Franklin regarding Mousseau. However, at that time he had not been reported missing and at risk. His whereabouts are now unknown and the cell phone he was known to have is no longer operable. Foul play is marked uncertain because it is unknown.
