BOONE COUNTY, Ky. — Boone County police are searching for a missing adult male on Saturday.

Officials said that Joshua Lively, a 31-year-old, white male of Windingvine Court in Florence was last seen by his parents at their home on the evening of Friday, Nov. 11.

Lively left the home in a 2014 Toyota Sienna minivan with Kentucky Registration: 356VTX.

According to police, Lively is diagnosed with mental health disorders and is currently without his medication. He is not believed to be a threat to himself or others, however, police indicated that he can become paranoid and/or delusional without his prescribed medication.

Lively was last seen wearing a plain black baseball cap, a red Miami University hooded sweatshirt with black lettering, a white t-shirt, red and black checkered pajama pants, and light blue slip-on canvas shoes.

According to police, Lively’s parents believe that he may travel south, possibly to Florida.

Anyone who locates Lively or the maroon minivan is asked to call 911 immediately.

Charged with Attempted Murder in 2014, not sure what happened to the case.

GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. - A man is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder after he's accused of stabbing another man at a business in Greene County, Tenn.

Joshua Lively, 22, of Florence, Kentucky is in custody. He's accused of stabbing Daniel Curran, 19, yesterday morning near Christ Thrift Store on Snapps Ferry Road. According to Curran, Lively pulled him aside to talk to him about the gospel then attacked him with a knife. Curran was taken to the hospital for an injury to his neck. Police say a store employee was able to get the weapon away from Lively and hold him there until officers arrived.

Lively is being evaluated at a mental health facility in Chattanooga.
