Johnson County Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Pelphrey says a juvenile from Stambaugh is missing, and has not been seen since 1 a.m. on Monday morning.

Kacie Nicole Justice is 17, with hazel eyes and brown hair. She is 5’7” and weighs approximately 135 lbs.

Kacie Nicole Justice, 17, of Stambaugh, was last seen around 1 a.m. Monday wearing a blue UK hooded sweatshirt with pink lettering and black Converse shoes.
