KSP looking for missing Webster Co. woman

KSP said they were contacted by Carla Mooney because she had not had contact with her niece, Katelyn Foster.

Katelyn is a 22-year-old-white female with brown hair and blue eyes.

She is five-foot-zero-inches and weighs approximately 170 pounds.

According to the press release, she might possibly be in the Morganfield or Henderson area.

WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A missing Webster County woman has been found safe.

Katelyn Foster was reported missing by her aunt, who called police on Friday after not being able to contact Foster.
