Found Safe KY - Kristin Donnelly, 42, Covington, 18 Dec 2017

Kristin Carroll Donnelly, 42, went missing at around 5:30 a.m. Monday and was last seen by her mother at her residence. She is 5'5", 175 pounds, with blonde/brown hair, and hazel eyes. She left her home this morning with only her dog, leaving behind the keys to the home and all communication devices.

Donnelly had been exhibiting increasingly erratic behavior over the past two months which required intervention by multiple public safety agencies across the region. Police said that there is sufficient reason to believe that Donnelly is a credible danger to herself.

Donnelly is believe to be operating a White 1998 Mercury Mountaineer 4-door with Kentucky license plate 765-APH. The image below is of a similar vehicle, and not the actual one.

She is with a brown and black Yorkshire terrier.

I doubt very much that she intends to harm herself. If that were her intention, she would not have taken her little dog along. (IMO)

Hoping that is the case. But, she may not be thinking rationally enough to leave the dog behind, either...IMO

The good news is, since I was just visiting Louisville and crossed into Indiana, if she travels that way there are now cameras that take pictures of your car to send you a toll booth ticket for crossing state lines. Not sure if they can be contacted and be on the look out for her license plate. Just a thought.

UPDATE: The Covington Police issued an update to this report on Wednesday, Dec. 20.

Donnelly was last seen in Hebron withdrawing money from a 5/3 Bank branch. She was wearing a black coat and gray or tan athletic pants. She was captured on surveillance video just an hour after she was reported missing.

Police are still looking for her.

Covington Police are looking for a missing woman prone to increasingly erratic behavior, according to a news release

Title of this msm article states "believed to be a danger to herself". Wonder what the cash was for?

Hebron is 15 miles from where she left. Wonder if she knows someone in that town? Is that a direction that she has normally taken to get somewhere before? Work or shopping?

Donnelly's behavior has been erratic for the past two months and she has needed emergency services in the past for previous actions, police said.
