LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police is asking for the public's help to find a missing woman.

According to a news release, 29-year-old Laura Carter was last seen at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 3600 block of Manslick Road, near 7th Street Road. She was wearing a black t-shirt, dark pants and gray shoes.

Police say Carter, "is considered endangered due to her mental status."
