Dang, so no confirmed sightings after he boarded the bus in Covington? Covington looks like a suburb of Cincinnati.

UP1800 - only a skull, recovered 2003 in Dallas.

NamUS - no exclusions.

Okay, I dug around a bit on Ancestry/Newspapers.com.

I believe I've found the correct tree, but that leads to questions.

There was a Lloyd Melvin Thomas, Sr., born about 1898, death unknown. His whereabouts are unknown after 1935-36.

His son, Lloyd Melvin Thomas, Jr. (Ancestry link), was born 1 March 1921 in Covington, KY, and died in October 1988.

At least two of his children, including son Steven, live/d in San Antonio.

In addition, the Social Security Index indicates he died 10 October 1988 in San Antonio (see attached).

His obituary in the 15 October 1988 Cincinnati Inquirer is also attached.

Assuming this is the correct man, both NamUs and Charley have both incorrect information (age, DOB), and no one was ever notified anyone he was found, apparently in Texas.

Any update on this? I was also looking at this guy mainly for the clothing description.
