Man charged with rape pretended to be father to check girl out of school

Justin Stephens was arrested after authorities said he pretended to be a father to check out a girl from Central High School and rape her.

Court documents state that in mid-September, Justin Stephens called Central High School saying he was going to be picking up his daughter from school.
