Bullitt Co. judge sets bond at $75,000 for couple indicted on child porn charges

A Bullitt County couple charged with multiple child sex crimes Tuesday was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday, likely setting the stage for a jury trial.

According to new court documents, Michelle and John Kevin Taylor were both arrested Tuesday, amid new allegations that John Taylor had sexually abused a girl under the age of 12.

According to their arrest warrants, an employee handed John Kevin Taylor’s work phone to his wife, Michelle Taylor, on March 11 and reported to her that he had child images depicting a girl under 12 on his phone.

Her response? She gave the phone back to her husband and said nothing to authorities!

Both are being held on a $75,000 bond at the Bullitt County Detention Center. The couple appeared in court for arraignment Wednesday and are expected back in court Monday, April 21.
