LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police have issued a Golden Alert for a 69-year-old woman who has been missing from Louisville for a week.
Mariana Morales was last seen in the 900 block of South Fifth Street on Wednesday, June 1.
She suffers from a heart condition which requires medication.
Morales is five feet, 10 inches and weighs 200 pounds. The clothing she was last wearing is not known.

The alert was canceled. Morales was found safe on Thursday in Louisville.
