Recovered/Located KY - Melvara 'Dubby' McGuire, 89, Philpot, 22 July 2017

Melvara “Dubby” McGuire, 89, last spoke with a family member on the telephone Saturday around 6 p.m.

McGuire was reportedly seen in his silver 2016 Toyota Camry four-door car, Kentucky registration 757VBG at approximately 2 p.m. on Sunday in the 7000 block of Highway 54 in Philpot, KY.

Authorities say McGuire suffers from diminished mental capacity. He is bald, has blue eyes, 6'00”, and is 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and gray sweat shorts.
