Authorities searching for missing Sebree girl

Authorities are currently searching for a missing Sebree girl. Perla Martinez, 15, was last seen on May 30, 2014 in Sebree, KY. Sebree resident Jorge Martinez reported that when his daughter was dismissed from Sebree Elementary on Friday, Hassiel Ramirez, 20 of Sebree, was waiting nearby in a tan colored 1999 Ford Ranger. Martinez took her passport with her. It is believed that the pair may be trying to reach Ramirez’s family living in the Nashville, TN, Virginia and Louisiana areas.

“CFSI has found lots and lots of kids with traffickers,” said aid Naomi Emerson, an investigator with CFSI. “A lot of young girls are often found with older people they’ve met on Facebook.”
