The Letcher County Sheriff is asking your help in finding a missing woman officials say is critically endangered. Selena Taylor was last seen on October 10 at Frasure’s Personal Care Home in Ashland. Sheriff Mickey Stines says Taylor is from Letcher County and has family in the area so it is possible she is nearby.
