Video on discarded iPhone leads to arrest of man for sexual assault of minor

Court records say 56-year old Michael Chandler filmed himself sodomizing a child under the age of 16.

Attorney General Andy Beshear said a member of the public found the phone at random in a south Louisville parking lot and turned it in. The device also contained several other sexual pictures of children according to police reports.
