A St. Tammany grand jury on Tuesday (June 3) returned an indictment charging 17-year-olds Adrian Waughtal and Mason Fischer with second-degree murder and 18-year-old Michael Lanier with manslaughter, in connection with the death of Sgt. Grant Candies.
