Police search for runaway
Shreveport Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a 13-year-old runaway.
On July 27th, 2023, family members reported 13-year-old Chaselyn Hood as a runaway. Her last known location was in north Shreveport’s Allendale neighborhood. Hood is 5’0’’ tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair, and her last clothing description is unknown.
Police are asking anyone with information as to Hood’s whereabouts to contact Shreveport Police immediately at 318-673-7300#3. Investigators would like to remind the public that harboring a runaway is illegal and those responsible will be arrested.
