MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The Monroe Police Department is searching for an elderly Monroe man who has been missing for a week.

They are looking for 69-year-old James Ray Williams. Police received a missing person complaint from the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Home on February 5th, 2019.

Police say Williams has not been seen since January 30th. It was believed he was in the company of family members, but police say that some of his family members have not seen him during this time.
