Found Safe LA - Jeremiah Hampton, 35, driving to Tyler TX, truck broke down, Mansfield, 13 Aug 2021

MISSING PERSON: JEREMIAH HAMPTON

Jeremiah Hampton was last seen on the afternoon of Friday, August 13, 2021. His family members have not heard from him since. Mr. Hampton was believed to have been traveling from Mansfield, LA to Tyler, TX in his 2006 Chevrolet pick-up truck.

His vehicle was located in Franklin County Texas, broke down. Jeremiah Hampton was nowhere to be found at that location. Mr. Hampton has not shown up to work or has spoken with his girlfriend or mother on Friday.

DeSoto Parish Detectives are seeking any information from the public in an attempt to locate Jeremiah Hampton and ensure his safety. If you should have information to provide, you may call our main office at 318.872.3956 and ask to speak with Lt. Reggie Roe in Investigations.

Deputies say his family members have not heard from Hampton since then, and they believe he was traveling from Mansfield to Tyler, Texas.

This came up with LE enforcement history. It's 2006 but the charge of failure to appear raises a concern that he could possibly be doing so again. I'd rather it were that than he had met up with harm. HAMPTON, JEREMIAH Inmate 97722: Smith County Jail in Tyler, TX There was one other charge I found (just a quick check) in Smith County Texas for a misdemeanor. Missing man traveling from Mansfield to Tyler found safe

According to the article, Jeremiah has been found safe.

A missing man from Mansfield who was last seen the afternoon of Friday, Aug. 13 has been found safe, officials with the sheriff’s office say.

The DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Office posted Thursday, Aug. 19 that Jeremiah Hampton, 35, was found safe.
