Here is Shirley Gary's obituary. Judy is listed as deceased which started a HUGE argument among the family understandibly.

Nice obit. I thought Judy had kept her maiden name, but she's listed as Judy Ann Richard. Did I miss something?

Neither did I! But they have certainly proved me wrong.

She is listed as both on all of the documents I found. Legally she would still be Richard even if she is in fact deceased. Eric filed for divorce but that still would not change her name back automatically even if she were alive. In my opinion, that is just how they refer to her. Judy has never applied one way or other for a name change back to Gary.

There is now a new detective on the case. He is the third one I have been assigned.

Is that high turnover normal?
