NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The New Orleans Police Department is asking the public's help in locating a woman reported as missing.
Katie Winstell, 27, was last seen at about 6:30 p.m. at University Medical Center where she was being treated, according to NOPD.
According to the report, police believe she left the hospital while undergoing treatment.
Winstells mother told police that she received a call from her daughter on Monday around 10:30 a.m., but could not find her.
Winstell, who is reported to be homeless, is described as standing about 59 and weighing about 180 pounds with hazel eyes, and long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue/gray pajama pants.
