He was last seen September 19, 2019, around 10:30 a.m. walking eastbound on Desiard Street towards the Swartz area wearing a gray camo shirt and pants with brown boots.

This Keith Davis in Monroe is accused of vehicular manslaughter/homicide for a DUI death. He's too young to be Mr. Davis. Hopefully the coincidence of them having the same name will renew an interest in Mr. Davis' disappearance.
