IMG_7782.jpeg

  • Missing Since12/22/2005
  • Missing From Gonzales, Louisiana
  • Classification Endangered Missing
  • Sex Male
  • Race White
  • Date of Birth 04/06/1979 (45)
  • Age 26 years old
  • Height and Weight 5'8 - 5'9, 125 pounds
  • Distinguishing Characteristic: Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Guidroz has tattoos on his arms and hands, a tattoo of his nickname "Peanut" across his abdomen, and a tattoo of a dragon on the right side of his neck and chest.
Guidroz was last seen in Gonzales, Louisiana on December 22, 2005. He got into a minor traffic accident after leaving home and fled the scene on foot, presumably because he had bench warrants out for his arrest. He was last seen walking in the vicinity of Holton Road and Norward Road. He has never been heard from again.

Guidroz was heavily involved in drugs and the local drug culture at the time of his disappearance. Authorities believe he may have been the victim of a homicide. His case remains unsolved.

My comments: Guidroz is 5 years older than I am, but nevertheless similar age and like me at previous times, enjoyed a rather detrimental high risk lifestyle. Nevertheless leaving a traffic accident on foot, but then never being seen again is unusual, and the circumstances may mitigate what one might otherwise assume was some variant of foul play connected to a dangerous lifestyle.

It isn’t clear on Charley project if his involvement in drugs just meant that he liked to get high with friends, or if it meant that he associated more deeply with higher level dealers or sorts. This would be important as just being a low level drug user by itself does not bring the same danger of foul play as you might face if you are involved in moving drugs.

I have yet to take a gander of the area he disappeared from, but one idea would be if he dove into a wooded area to escape detection, and succumbed to injuries in an area not visited by humans. Thoughts and info digging would be appreciated, as the dude has been missing for decades at this point.
