Nicholas Olano Jr. was last seen in the Mandeville area the evening of Saturday, Dec. 8. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, red shorts with black stripes and white tennis shoes. The sheriff’s office said Olano ran away from Northlake Behavioral Center, is not from the North Shore and therefore unfamiliar with the area.

Update: The child was found Monday morning (Dec. 10) hiding in a heavily wooded area, authorities said. He appeared to be in good condition, but was taken to a local hospital to be evaluated.
