Robert Fulton (Bob) Browning, described as a white male, age 53 at the time of the disappearance, was last reported walking away from his home on November 27, 1989 after an argument. Mr. Browning has not been seen nor heard from since. At that time, he was described as being 6’ tall, 235 lbs. with brown hair and gray eyes. Mr. Browning had moved to Monroe from Indiana and was employed by the local General Motors plant. The investigation conducted at the time of the disappearance did not develop any information as to the circumstances of his disappearance.
