Identified! LA - St Charles Parish, BlkFem, 45-60, in Lake Ponchartrain, May'16 - Estelle Webb

I know other people have invested many hours into this case trying to identify this girl. Finally, as of two days ago, she has been identified as Pamela Hupp aka Deborah Gail Justice.
I have thoroughly investigated those two names, with absolutely no luck. I can’t wait to hear the full story on this very bizarre case.
