Discovered: Feb 19, 1982 - Stephensville/Belle River (St Martin/St Mary/Assumption Parish)
Skeletal remains found on river side Belle River, Nine Mile Board on Hwy 70
Estimated Age: 40 - 55
Estimated Death: 3 months prior
Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma to the head
Previous Injury: Previously broken nose and left 7th rib. Compression fractures on thoracic verts 5 through 7.
Dental: Upper and lower dentures, long term denture wearer
Fingerprints Available: No
DNA Available: Yes
Clothing: Western style green plaid shirt, size 12.
Jewelry: 3 Stone Diamond Ring (Engagement/Wedding) Gold Ring w/Emerald (Possible Birthstone "May" ?) Pendant with a bull and star (Possible zodiac sign :Taurus ?)

** Familiar with this area, there are other parish boundaries in this location St Mary and Assumption Parish the layout for the parish boundaries for St Martin is a very small portion on Hwy 70. That is the reason I made the note of the other 2 boarding parishes.
** In the height of this time frame Oil & Gas industry was booming many workers came from all over the country
** The area is fairly well traveled between Morgan City, Belle River and Pierre Part I would think more locals travel than anyone else between these locations there are no lights and it is off the beaten path a tad rural in sections.
** Made a few notes on the jewelry between the emerald and bull/star it led me to believe these items could be potentially related as a birthstone and zodiac sign (Taurus Apr 19 - May 20 / May birthstone is Emerald)
