Authorities seek missing teens

Shreveport police need the public’s help in locating two missing teens.

Sylvester Edwards, 16, ran away from his residence in the 4200 block of Lakeshore Drive on Monday, according to police. A relative notified authorities on Tuesday after the teen didn’t return home or call.


Edwards hasn’t been seen or heard from. Police describe him as a black male, about 5’6” and weighing approximately 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red striped dress shirt and dark blue Girbaud jeans.
