NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a missing 10-year-old girl.

Police say Syn'l Adora Lee was last seen on Friday by her mother.

Her mother told police she saw her daughter climbing out of her bedroom window and leaving their residence.

Lee has not been seen or heard from since.

Surely the part about mom seeing the daughter climb out & leave was a mis-quote -- that can't be right -- or maybe the daughter was really hurrying and mom couldn't get to her fast enuff -- or something that makes better sense.

Is that picture representative of what she looks like an a daily basis? Surely it would be prudent to have people on the look out for a girl without make up as well?!

She is 10 yrs old there is no buzz around this anywhere.

Is that really her picture? I have seen 10 yr olds w/make up---but usually mascara and eyeliner, lip gloss. Not usually this heavy--could she be at an event or in a play?
