Louisiana State Police is helping the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Biloxi Police Department in locating 81 year old William F. Renfrow, Jr..

Renfrow has light brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 108 pounds. He was last seen on July 26, 2017, in the 1400 block of Metairie Road in Metairie.

Renfrow may be traveling in a white 2017 Ford Escape bearing Louisiana license plate N458540.

Family members say Renfrow suffers from a medical condition that could impair his judgment.

A missing 81-year-old Diamondhead man was found alive and well after disappearing three weeks earlier.

But officials say the investigation of William Renfrow’s disappearance continues because there’s questions they want answered.

Renfrow, who disappeared July 29, has a medical condition that may impair his judgment, according to investigators who tried to find him.

Biloxi police investigator had reported Renfrow was seen Aug. 16 at a bank in Metairie, La., but Renfrow wasn’t in his personal vehicle.

The Silver Alert was canceled Monday after Renfrow was found in Louisiana, Hancock County Chief Deputy Don Bass said Friday.

“The Silver Alert was a big help, I’m sure,” Bass said.

Several law enforcement agencies have worked on the case, he said.
