I coulnd't find a recent paper trail on him in the Youngstown area, so I was thinking he hadn't always lived there. I found a Lamar Dawan Smith with a warrant out for him (FTA 5th degree assault charges) in Ramsey County Minesota. Same Height. Same age (age should technically be "40" not "41" as listed in the warrant reports - as his date of birth in the court systemfor Hennepin County is June, 11, 1984 - he turns 41 in a couple of weeks. No picture though so not 100% certain it's the same man, but it's a possibility IMO as Lamar Dawan Smith in Minneapolis lived in Youngstown prior to showing a Minneapolis Address.
