Ford was working on a minivan when they fired him, he brought the idea for it to Chrysler, and the rest is history.

I read his autobiography, he was a savvy marketing guy.

He was a smart man. He designed the "K" car so one more could fit on the car hauler, cutting transportation costs.

Bloomfield Hills — Hundreds of family members and friends watched Wednesday as Lee Iacocca's casket slid into a Chrysler hearse — a fitting final chariot for the automaker's former CEO.
