Holly Hughes just made an excellent point on the show. She said that if KC doesn't testify that she thinks the jury will have no choice but to deem her guilty. She explained that ONLY evidence can come into play and that there is no evidence so far to go along with their opening statement that Caylee drowned. She said as far as evidence the state has it that is why she thinks if KC doesn't go on that jury will have no choice but to put KC as guilty.
