Ferndale police continue to investigate the suspected homicide of a mother of two, whose last verified contact was July 2 when she dropped off one of her children at her parents' home in the Ann Arbor area.

Authorities aren't saying how Lily Camara died or where, but they say they believe it is a homicide. The 28-year-old mother's body was discovered Wednesday at an undisclosed location in Wayne County.

Charli Rose, spokesperson for the Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office, said the body was found in Wayne County, but declined to give a specific location.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ferndale Police at 248-541-3650, option 5, or Crime Stoppers at 800-SPEAK-UP.
