What are the chances he's one of the unknown Gacy victim? I know everyone likes to indicate serial killers right off the bat, but the timing, the location, and the missing person's age and gender put him the possible categories.

Could be. Louis didn't get a case file until recently and there isn't a whole lot about him or his case online and the timing is also correct.

Just recently a national pedophile network was identified as operating in the Chicago and surrounding areas during this time period. The main organizer (John David Norman) of the pedophile network and the guy (Philip Paske) that essentially ran the network while Norman was in prison were living in the Chicago area and were suspected of abusing children during this exact timeframe in this exact area. Paske has even been tied to Gacy as one of his employees and Gacy even claimed before he died, that he did not kill all thosevboys and that Paske was one of the people who had keys to his house and knew about the crawl space. Paske has recently been tied to Johnny Gosch's abduction and a few others throughout the U.S. It was a nationwide, if not worldwide, pedophile network and more info will be available to the public soon as this is being actively investigated by Noreen Gosch's investigators and hopefully others as well.
