As for Amy -the only court of civil records I could find for her were arrests for shopliftging in two locations in same police report. Separate Summons so separate charges I assume. From the police report at:

1213 SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY-GEN

Refer To Summons: 25-14256-AR
Summons: NADOLNY, AMY PATRICIA

MILLER ST MIDDLEBOROUGH, MA
Age: 41
Charges: SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION 1216 911 - OUT OF JURISDICTION
1154 SHOPLIFTING
Investigated Location/Address: [MID 158] E GROVE ST
Refer To Summons: 25-14778-A-AR
Summons: NADOLNY, AMY PATRICIA
Address: (redacted)
MILLER ST MIDDLEBOROUGH, MA
Age: 41
Charges: SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE
If you read the entry following that appears that under the same Summons number there was a 43 year old male also charged with SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE. May simply be two parties arrested at the same time, his address is not the same as Amy's.
I also found a firearms arrest for a 23 year old Patricia Nadolny, at the exact same residence address on Miller Street, listed for the missing Amy Nadolny, from 2012. IArrest was with others who obtained the firearm(s) through theft and were trying to sell it. Is it Amy Patricia and the msm article age is simply incorrect? But then I found another report from a summons served to Amy Patricia Nadolyn around that time in 2012 and it listed her age as 28, so I think it's her.

It's old enough I wasn't concerned it's a factor now but in trying to verify Amy Patricia versus Patricia, I found that there IS a Patricia Nadolny.
She popped up in a civil suit against Amy Patricia on a parentage issue in Plymouth County Family Court much more recently. Sister/mother/??
PL17W0818WD Nadolny, Patricia A vs. Nadolny, Amy Patricia
Case Type: Parentage
Case Status: Closed
File Date 09/25/2017
There's another case involving the same child PL13P1109GD where Amy is the defendant. Amy is the biological mother and it appears another family member petitioned for guardianship. The resignation of the guardian was noted in 2019. (child is no longer a minor).
In March of 2024 Amy N. was involved in a family court complaint issue with the father of another child. This is NOT the child in the guardianship case as the actual court records showed the names of the minors in both. Plymouth County Family Court records show it closed the following year. There were requests for court ordered drug testing for Amy but
no details. It was settled and the Judgment on Complaint for Custody and Parenting Time was issued and dated 5/22/25. Case No. PL24W0215WD (name redacted) vs. Nadolny, Amy Patricia. That co-parent is actively posting about her being missing, very concerned, as are many others.
I'm hoping she's just overwhelmed, stressed by life and has gotten away by herself.
