WESTWOOD, MASS. (WHDH) - Police in Westwood are turning to the public for help in tracking down a missing 26-year-old woman.

Ashley Littlejohn was last seen walking her mini white and brown greyhound, according to the Westwood Police Department.


Littlejohn is said to be 5 feet, 3 inches tall and about 130 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a black rain jacket, black thick-framed glasses, dark pants, royal blue boots, and a black backpack with pink trim.

No additional details were immediately available.

Police search for missing Westwood woman

Ashley Littlejohn, who was reported missing on Saturday, left her house with her dog, a white and brown Italian Greyhound, police said. Police believe she may have traveled to Colorado Springs, Colo., as they found papers among her belongings mentioning a Mountain Springs Church located there.

She appeared to take no money, credit cards, or cell phone, officials said.

That seems like quite a leap unless she had a LOT of papers about this church.

I checked out the church website. I realize this is just my opinion and others may disagree wholeheartedly, but it doesn't look like some off the grid cult someone may abandon all their things and join. It looks like your average mega-church that many cities have these days.
